2023 MIGARS received 175 manuscripts from 25 different countries covering 6 continents. 74 papers were accepted with an acceptance ratio of 42.23% after a thorough review peer-review process, out of which 57 are from India and 17 are from other countries including, Brazil, Germany, Greece, Iran, Ireland, Israel, Morocco, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, South Korea, Sri Lanka, United Kingdom, United States.  Finally, 65 papers are presented during the conference.
